Roughing It: Sleeping in Airports

If you travel frequently, sooner or later you miss a connection. Often -- too often -- the airport in question affords better opportunities for sleeping than does local lodging. The Budget Traveller's (sic) Guide to Sleeping in Airports is a field manual on airport amenities at strips in the US, Europe, the MiddleEast, Asia, and Australia, that includes sleeping locations and the quality of lounge seating, photos of the best and worst places to get stuck, and the quality of on-site food outlets, with airport reviews by fellow travelers (for the faint of heart, there are also links to accommodations near the airports). People may look askance when you start telling your airport stories, but so what?; they'll be more interesting than those pictures of you and the Eiffel Tower. <>
